Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via your selected shipping method.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

• Includes tracking through your Mia and Mads account.

Economy Shipping (5–10 business days)

• Budget-friendly option for flexible delivery.

• Tracking is also available via your Mia and Mads account.

Note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed. Times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking through your customer account:

1. Log in at miaandmads.com.

2. Go to “Orders” to see the status of your purchase.

3. View your tracking number and shipping updates.

If you checked out as a guest, you will receive email updates from us. You can also create an account to track future orders more easily.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:
